The multiple contributor accounts for a business profile was a great move. I’m not so sure about the direct message idea though. We’ll see how that works out.

I’m just getting started using Twitter for my small business, this is really huge in my opinion.

I agree with Michelle. I stopped DM my followers because it just became too much and was so time consuming; especially once your following reaches the thousands.

You know Twitter is an amazing tool and I think this will be a valuable resource although I still think there are major obsticles especially for businesses that are used to taking an “Order takers” role. Meaning they are used to their customers coming to them.
I think social media is going to force companies to become more competitive and very relational.

SO not liking the new rule around DM. Talk about a “twitter tiger”-handling that communication alone could swamp a company.

Need to think more about what would be really beneficial to me or my clients.
