Marketing Tips

If you’ve been afraid to start an online business because you’re “NOT AN EXPERT”, this video will be an answer to your prayers.

You’re about to get an inside look into how I build business in markets such as fitness and currency trading…EVEN THOUGH I”M NOT AN EXPERT IN EITHER MARKET!

Seriously, I’m betting this will be the most liberating video you watch all year. Enjoy…

NOTE TO SPORTS FANS: Please excuse the “Chicago Heat” flub at the first part of the video. I realize it’s the “Miami Heat”…my brain, for some reason, just stopped working.

    Hi Ryan,
How does your continuity program compare with your previous 30 days to 10K program? Is it the same material? Or is there completely new material?

REPLY FROM RYAN: Good question, Richard…

There will definitely be some overlap, especially in the more general principles because they just don’t change. That said, all the content will be 100% redone and at least 85% of it will be brand-new. None of it will contradict what I taught in “30 Days”…I’ve just learned so much over the past year since I last offered that program that it forced me to totally redo the training.

There will also be A LOT more about the mechanics and technical side of membership sites since I know a lot of people struggle with that, plus a significantly more complete discussion on strategies for getting and keeping members.

All in all it’s probably 4 times the amount of information, but infinitely better organized and documented.

I thought the previous two videos were good, but having watched this video I feel as though I’ve been hit over the head and kicked up the rear at the same time. Thanks!

REPLY FROM RYAN: You mean that in a good way, right Steve? :)

  3. Ed Says:

I really don’t understand why so many marketers are going this video route. Personally I run many websites and have no time to watch these video sales pitches. A few smart marketers have started having their videos transcribed so that busy folks like myself can get the product info in a hurry. I can scan a document in a minute or two - videos simply take too long.

Bottom line - your product may be fantastic but myself and many marketers I network with NEVER watch these videos. We are simply too busy. That means obviously no sale.

  4. James Says:

You’re my hero Ryan! Love the videos, and I LOVE the new name you have for Internet Marketers! “Publishers” sounds so much better than “I sell crap online.”

Can’t wait to see what you’re offering us! Thanks again for the great content!

I thought all of the videos were very clear and concise. You gave away a lot of information and the napkin made a lot of sense as you went through the snowball effect and this last video. I’ve realized for a long time that having a continuity program is the way to go but haven’t taken the time to set anything up yet.

You’ve really got me thinking? Hmmmmm…

  6. Raymond Says:

    Great videos,

For me the movies are to long because I understand it when you show one example.

Maybe you can show a short version and a long version of the same topic.
    But the content is great.

I also can’t wait to see your offer.

    Raymond

  7. Chris Says:

Nice video Ryan. I have not become a customer yet. I like your style of presenting, and your way of thinking outside of the box. When I’m ready, I’ll be there.

  8. David Neale Says:

Great video Ryan. I was on to this idea about 2 years ago and gave it a try with two sites and two “content” partners. We even invested in Membergate software for each and that wasn’t cheap.

The short version is that both projects failed. Both for the same reason, the partners could not produce the content.

    My lessons learned;

Site 1 - partner had no content to begin with but was very knowledgeable, he just couldn’t produce content.

Site 2 - partner had content but was a serious “A type” personality and just had too many things on the go.

So next time i would make sure the partner has content already, I would not invest in expensive software licenses up front (Amember is great and your Revolution Blog themes are excellent I also use them).

I also think I sat back and just waited for the partners too much. Next time I would work much harder with the partner to get the material ready.

  9. Steve Nam Says:

    Hey Ryan,

    Very very very good stuff.

There really is no excuse for anybody who sees this video.

You have always been showing how people can get ahead (especially in other niches than internet marketing) without all the guru hoopla.

    Thank you!

    Steve Nam

p.s. It’s the “Miami Heat,” (i.e. not Chicago ;) ) Great analogy though.

  11. Mike Says:

Thanks for showing us those sites Ryan.

All 3 of the videos have been great. Can you throw in a bonus training on how to make these videos ? :-)

I’m more comfortable as a publisher than as a guru, those sticks and stones tend to hurt, despite how the saying goes ;-)

    You’ve provided definite inspiration !

  12. Jeff Says:

    Hi Ryan,

I echo the others who have posted comments, WOW! You have opened my eyes to other income possibilities. This is especially true in my case since I have been struggling online due to my lack of a particular niche and chasing the next fad. I believe what you have shown so far just blows my mind.

    Thank you for sharing!

  13. Allison Reynolds Says:

Loved the video Ryan and it came right at the right time. Some good stuff there to go on with.

One of the things that made me curious was you made mention about not having forums on a membership site (I think you said not at first). Is that because forums aren’t a big draw card…or some other reason?

Thanks again for some great info!

  14. dave Says:

I like the viedoes. but why did the third one cut out at 19 minutes into it??? That’s wuite a tease. I want more.

  15. HAL Says:

    Dear Ryan:

Video 3 is truly excellent Ryan!

I just wonder if there is a way to magnify the words your circle with your red marker because it is frustrating to not be able to see what you are pointing out clearly.

Other than that I would only say that I liked Video 3 more because:

    a) your voice pacing and enthusiasm is perfect.
    b) the screen shots are attractive and simple and not messy like the first 2 videos*
    c) you offer us a valuable resource, RTIR which shows your goodwill
*(I understand why you decided to “walk us through the numbers” using the red marker and why using this tool in videos 1 and 2 raises “authenticity” because that’s how it would look on a real napkin. Its just that the numbers got so crowded on Video 2……I would also have liked to see more number/cash projection scenarios… could you have moved over to an excel sheet?)

One more thing>>>I hope you will take this in the spirit in which it is intended<<<<< :-)

Price: Would it be possible to be congruent on the pricing? What I mean is:

Your videos are pitched to people like me that are non experts and may not be all that well established on line.

If this is the case, I ask you to balance the cost that you need to charge us (bearing in mind that we are not likely to be earning all that much online ourselves at this stage) with your expected GURU Premium (GP).

Thank you so much for your empowering information!

    HAL

  16. Ivelin Ivanov Says:

Great reply Ryan. This was an issue many people were concerned about..

The publisher model video is great(as the other 2). And I’m really looking forward to learning the continuity blueprint and start my online business as a publisher.. so please don’t delay the launch a lot :)

I believe this whole model of the million dollar napkin is great. I run some numbers and it really seems it should work. At least it works on paper. Well year there is a bit more to it:) but I know you’ll teach us that..

Oh and btw if you made the comparison between Micky Arison and Kobe Bryant I would’ve chosen Kobe :) (no disrespect to Shaq though)

Anyway thanks for the valuable info you provide. Have a great day!

    Ivelin

  17. Kevin Says:

    Ryan

Great content especially the part about being a publisher. Too many people feel they have to have “broad and intimate” knowledge about their particular niche, nothing could be further from the truth.

There are plenty of people in every niche whose mind and experience you can tap. In my opinion (and experience) it’s has more to do with the way we think.

We’ve been conditioned to think in complex terms when what we need to do is really simple. Notice I didn’t say easy…which is what so many people want but simple.

Again, speaking from experience the most important thing in my case was to believe that I could do it and then to take action. In fact, even if you think you can’t take action, force yourself to do it anyway.

Once you break your own inertia it will be that much more easier to try other things.

  18. Ivelin Ivanov Says:

    Hey Hal,

look at the previous thread about The Continuity Snowball Effect.. I posted an excell sheet calculator and a non-messy million dollar napkin in there. :) It’s somewhere closer the bottom end of the comments..

    You may find them useful.

I agree with what you’re saying about the price.. It’s really interesting to see what it would be. If the course is of great value (which I’m sure it is) it will probably come with the appropriate price. It’s usually how it works - High quality = High price (although High price does not always = High quality!) Savvy marketers are smart enough to get what they’re content is worth but the problem is unfortunately that could be too much for many people and it doesn’t mean they don’t want it bad enough.. It’s just they can’t afford it..

So I really like the approach of Frank Kern with the Mass Control Giveaway. The daaangerous business model - Give give give massive value -> people see the value -> use it -> see results and then pay. If it’s worth it and they’ve already put the theory in practice and started getting results then good people WILL pay. Of course there will be some scammers but those who wanted to scam you will do it anyway.. getting a refund or something like this.. but in this case the material is available to more people who need it most. That’s what I think but we’ll see what Ryan thinks.. which is more important. :)

  19. Tammy Says:

    Great video lessons, all three!
However, my true passion is writing and the self-help niche is my favorite… if you know of anybody who’d like to partner with me taking on the marketing side and your “Continuity Blueprint”, I’d love to hear from them (or you, Ryan!). I believe I can provide the content for an awesome success. I’ve got plenty of ideas/material to share and will welcome a possible partnership conversation.
    Thank you much!
    Tammy

  20. art Says:

    Ryan,

This business model you discussed is the perfect business model.

I am very interested in getting involved in your program and learning how to implement the steps using my own unique business model.

Some of the topics that would interest me:
sample contracts with friends as publishers, authors and gurus
Sample revenue sharing agreements and managing the payouts to each party
Tutorials that show the step by step process from beginning to end

I think it can best be characterized by an old Chinese proverb..
“Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish and he will eat for a lifetime.”

    Best regards,
    Art

  21. Michael S. Says:

Another fantastic video Ryan, love the content and very good info! The business model is absolutely fantastic that you’ve addressed in the previous videos and this one is just as good :-)

  22. Trevor Says:

    Hi Ryan,

    Great videos Ryan.

As a side note: Just reading through the comments and I don’t know why some people put dumb-ass comments on blogs. If they have a suggestion why can’t they just suggest instead of finding the time to write something negative? No need to answer that, just having a go!

Anyway, are you going to do a video about the “big ticket” stage of this model? I’d like to see how this part will boost customer value, like say with coaching, or live events, etc. And is there a short cut to adding those sales to the funnel?

    Trevor

  23. Greg Sawiris Says:

Looks like a great business plan.Very good stuff.

  25. Alan Says:

You’ve helped clarify my mind. I’ve had so much indecision not knowing how to structure the business, but your videos have helped. Now it’s a question of implementing!

In relation to comments made by Ivelin, just above, I’ve just shelled out $10,000 for an Intensive Course that, I think just complicates things unnecessarily. It’s difficult to make value judgements on courses offered, unfortunately my gut instincts, this time, let me down.

When I make some returns on investment, I’ll be back for your offers, ’til then.

  26. Claire-France Perez Says:

I got up at around 4:00AM and decided to read my email, clicked on your link. The speakers were on. There was a blast of annoying loud music. Everyone in the house turned over in bed. Didn’t watch the video. Going back to bed.

  27. Keith Says:

Hi Ryan, As a successful marketer you have dangled the carrot perfectly.. Stopping the video in mid sentence is brilliant..
You know how to keep your listeners on the edge of their seats.
There are more and more people like you comming out of he closet
to share their knowedge mostly because there is nothing else left
for them to get high on, the money doesn’t do it for them anymore..
What is really interesting is that before WWII the Germans needed
a wheelborough of cash to buy a loaf of bread.. What I’m saying is
you wealthy people, what you do with that affluent position you find yourself in can go both ways.. Hanging on to it is multiple times more difficult than it’s creation.. The power of suggestion is a wonderful thing in this nanotechnology age.. And yes I’m facinated too..

REPLY FROM RYAN: You guys give me waaaaaay more credit than I deserve. None of the videos should be cutting out, so I’m guessing we’re having bandwidth issue. Please just try it again.

    -Ryan

  28. Ryan N. Says:

Hi Ryan, I saw your videos and it’s similar to “30 days to 10k”. Like what David Neale mentioned earlier I also attempted the membership model in 2007, but I failed due to 3 primary reasons.

First. Because I wasn’t the expert, I wasn’t able to tell if my “guru” was producing quality content.

Second was that the “guru” turned out to be nothing more than a researcher pretending to be “guru” - constant content creation was impossible for him.

Third was the market I chosen. Obviously forced continuity don’t work for every market. Imagine setting up a “Eliminate Home Pests” membership site. Doesn’t make much sense, does it. Plus I didn’t test my market sufficiently before I plunged head on into product creation.

I’m won’t be attempting the continuity model anytime soon, but will do so eventually. I’m not sure what’s your plan for past “30 Days” customers, but I’m certain that if you automatically upgrade our accounts to Continuity Blueprint model, we would be absolutely thrilled. Please let me know what’s your plan, thanks.

  29. Ron Says:

I’m kind of disappointed no one answered this yet because I think its important, but I’m wondering if this course is any different than you last membership course, the 30 days to $10k course, or is the same with a different name. I’m sure is must be different, but I’m just wondering what the differences are.

I’d really like it if someone could please respond.

    Thanks

  30. Ryan Deiss Says:

    Hey Ron,

Actually I did respond. Check out the very first comment on this page and read my reply (in bold) below it.

    It should answer your question.

  31. Kitty Smith Says:

Wow, you have me completely rethinking what I have done so far. Not that it is all wrong, but how to make it MUCH better than ever. I am looking forward to learning more…. Keep it coming pleeeeeease.

    Kitty

  32. Ryan N. Says:

Hey Ryan. I think what Ron was trying to ask is whether the past “30 days” get automatic lifetime upgrades (like what John Reese did for Traffic Secrets 2.0) or do we have to buy access to the new program?

  33. Ryan Deiss Says:

An email was just sent out to past “30 Days” participants that will answer your questions.

I can tell you, though, that there will not be any free upgrades for the following reason:

This is a totally new training program, not just an upgrade or udpate. I’d estimate that it’s at least 90% new content. That says, there is a SUBSTANTIAL discount for past “30 Days” folks…

…one that won’t be available anywhere else.

    -Ryan

  34. Jon Says:

    Ryan,

In your latest video leading up to your launch tom, you estimate a budget of around $500 =/- to get started. I am just having a hard time understanding how you could get something going for so little unless you have some excellent html and/or web programming skills.

Can some one with limited web programming knowledge take advantage of this business opp with such little investment?

    Great videos by the way.

    Best.

    Jon

  35. Dainis W. Michel Says:

    Hey Ryan,

    Great video series!

You make me laugh and you have a great spirit! Your connection with your audience is fluid and caring, and your demeanor reveals sincere care for the people you work with. Now can I have my two 30-minute sessions that you owe me from last year?!?

    Peace,
    Dainis

  36. mark Says:

I am interested, but I need to know if I take out the membership whether I can use the videos that you provide to train other people I am working with - after all - I couldn’t build a buisness like this myself - and do everything could I? I’d need to share the information and teach people how they can help me and what I want them to do for me.

    Please email me Ryan.

REPLY FROM RYAN: You should be receiving an email from my support manager about this, but I thought I’d also post the answer here since I’m sure other people have the same question. So here’s the deal…

Yes, members of your team are absolutely allowed to access these materials. The idea is for much of this to be outsourced, so I expect it to be used for in-house training.

That said, we are monitoring IP address usage, and if it becomes clear that a particular account is having multiple logins at the same time we will contact and possibly even freeze the account until we can get get to the bottom of what’s going on.

  37. Stacie Stewart Says:

GREAT INFORMATION.. Just using your 3 videos I got 2 clients lined up.. Serious clients.. both experts in their field.
I had lunch yesterday with a well known political consultant (and her posse) and got them eager to create a membership site.. and the other is a successful business owner with 40 years of experience in a hot market with no one to pass on his legacy.. so if he dies.. so does his knowledge.. he is totally motivated.. I mean he could die at any moment.

So now that I’m on the HOOK (thanks!! and thanks?) I CAN’T WAIT until 3pm EST.. This is really way tooo valuable for me to wait in line..
I know that you gave the “Cut In Line” deal, but I’m looking for the sure thing.. so can send me something a little earlier.. Like now?

REPLY FROM RYAN: Sorry, Stacie, I need to keep it a level playing field. If you’re on the “Cut In Line” list, though, and you arrive right on time, you should be ok.

  38. Stacie Says:

    Dudeeee….Pleaseeesss…

  39. Stacie Says:

    Ok.. refresh… refresh… refresh..

  40. Stacie Says:

    Ok.. whew.. done!

  41. Ernone Horvath Says:

    Hey!
That text here is similer to a blog, isn,t it? You tell interesting things. Do you know Tony Laidig? He is a social publisher and a good one. Your position is interesting. What are you publishing? You can spread information products, books, musics, videos and a lot more.
Just now I was reading about the method of tracking of websites. How do you your trackings? For me it is a serious task to follow my websites.Your video is very good, thank you.
Now I say good by and good night to you. 9/4

  42. Greg Says:

    Ryan,

    This is a sad story…

Ok, I was poised to purchase your new program but I was hit with another reason why my JOB is preventing me from achieving my goals.

If you notice, I was on the “cut in line” list and as the release fast approached I was ready to purchase your program. This is the model that I had been looking for. However a critical issue came up at work and I was forced to attend an emergency meeting and was pulled away from my desk right before the release. When I returned I immediately went to the link only to find out it was sold out!

    Oh the agony!

Anyway, I am really interested and request that if anybody drops out or if you have an extra membership laying around, hint, hint. :-D You could allow me first shot at it.

    Thanks
    Greg

  43. Peter Says:

Man I so keen on getting the continuity Blueprint, but did you have to launch it at 3pm in the US!?

That’s like 4am in Australia! When I got there (at 9am) it was sold out!

Can you make an Australian Launch Special next time?

    Cheers!

  44. Rick Says:

Has the program gone on sale? I was on your cut in line list and didn’t receive an email at all. I was a definate buyer for this. Can someone please have a look into why I didn’t receive the offer email.

    Thanks

    Rick

  45. jl Says:

CONTINUITY IS NOT AS BENEFICIAL AS ONE TIME SALES FOR HIGHER PRICED PRODUCTS!

Seems like “Continuity” is the new buzzword and hyped up sales model by all the visible marketing “personalities” online (and off). However, if you simply look a the amount of work and availability of funds, there really is no true benefit of Continuity over One Time Sales - as long as you have a high priced product (which you should have anyways if you’re serious about your online info business).

    For example:

The average length of a Continuity customer is 3-4 months. This is a common standard across all markets. If you are charging $20 a month for that membership, you’re talking $60-80. Yes you will have some who stay longer, some shorter but that’s a good estimate. If you force continuity, you can expect this number to be in the 2-3 month range for most markets.

Yes you get the monthly income but in reality, all you’re doing is delaying the acquisition of money. Money that can be used to grow your business, buy more immediate traffic, create new products etc.

If you simply create a $60-80 Product every 3-4 months and perfect your marketing, you will not only have the funds available NOW, you do not have the burden of having to create or arrange for monthly (Weekly? Daily?)content to be made.

You might be saying but my continuity members keep paying me and my membership base grows exponentially. WRONG. You will lose people unless you have the most amazing content ever created. This is because most people simply won’t use it. When you don’t use something you’re being billed for, you start to see less and less value.

FALSE: Since the money is in the backend, I can create a continuity model and focus on selling people a lot more products on top of the membership and I will have a perpetual money machine.

TRUE: You will have to focus 80% of all your efforts on getting new customers on the FRONT END - just like you have to do when selling one products without continuity. If you don’t, you’ll be closed within 9 months.

It’s really your choice but the reality of creating continuous content vs. creating new high quality products ONCE is this:

Continuity = Spread the collection of money out over several months and constantly over deliver content that will keep people around. Hope enough people stick each month to make up for those who cancel (5-10%)

Expanding Product Line = Get paid in full immediately, have a continuously growing stable of products to upsell, use the money now to grow your business faster.

You’ll still get the same money (and likely more) if you use option #2.

    But you’ll get it now.

REPLY FROM RYAN: A couple things…

    1) You speak as if continuity and high-ticket offers are mutually exclusive. This is not an either/or thing. You don’t have to make a choice. Do both!

I do in all my businesses and talk about this extensively in the “Million Dollar Napkin” video.

    2) Your 3 - 4 month “average” isn’t what I’m seeing, nor is it what my students are seeing. I talk a lot in the training about “Stick Devices” and the difference between “consumption” and “breakage” models and how they affect attrition, and without going into too much depth I can assure you that getting people to stick in continuity (especially at the $20 per month price point) has little if nothing to do with consumption of the content.

    -Ryan

  46. jl Says:

I completely see your point as continuity as an additional income stream but the “safety” of a monthly recurring stream is largely an illusion.

It all comes down to LCV. If that is $100 for example, I’d rather spend the 30-60 days and do additional $100 products on a single topic which I have to do once than have to get new content continuously.

Just a preference with the point being at the end of the day, $100 is $100.

(really cool to see that you are actually active on your blog. don’t see that much from high visibility marketers)

    Cheers

i am looking forward to starting your course.

  49. Joe Says:

Very good explanation of an entry-level product leveraged with OTO’s, high ticket backends and also incorporating a “continuity” (residual income) model. Very well done, Ryan…I appreciate the information, as I am sure many others who have viewed the videos.

My own model that I am about to test on my upcoming site (www.instantbusinessbuildingstrategies.com) is very similar to this with OTO’s and a membership site as a residual/continuity model, but utilizing snail mail shipments as monthly updates (it would make for a better “stick” on the residual aspect than digital downloads… and of course, a high ticket backend.

  50. Riley Says:

Ryan, I truly appreciate your discussion of price points in your videos as I had no idea of where to start in regards to pricing products.
    Thanks for the kick-start!

  51. Marcia Says:

Ryan, I am very interested in all of this and yes you did open my eyes wide about alot of things in your videos, I can honestly say I am not that smart when it comes to all of this and I have watched numerous videos and have read countless articles but you are the only one that has broken it down to where I can understand,That say alot,I will be tuned in and God Bless,

Ryan…dude, you are a STUD, bro!
I can’t stress the amount of MEATY, No B.S., value-creating content that was in these (3) vids; in fact I am almost amazed at some of the bone-headed posts on here but then online, it is so easy for people to be cynical and crappy! (Although 99% of what they say, they would never do in person…)

These vids rocked and personally for me this was the first time I could really see how my Internet business could churn out $10,000 a month! Thanks, really Thanks!

  57. Andreas (AAA) Says:

    Hi there Ryan,

On recommendation of Eben Pagan, I watched all your
videos and was glued to them, (although I delete
    emails by the hundreds…)
You gave great value there, and I am busting to see
these empty squares filled with actual marketing products.
I promote a high ticket items, but it is like courting
or dating, you don’t want to come with the ultimate proposition
at the first meeting, although sometimes you might get lucky…

However I see you’re not beating around the bush for too long either, soon we’ll be able to purchase your High Ticket item… :-), what happened to slowly funneling us into your system?

    Cheers,

    AAA

  58. Kathy Pop Says:

    Good day Ryan!

I got a lot of info (& ideas) from your videos, but #3 was the best of them. I have a teaching site and we’re always looking for guest speakers and instructors. We love giving budding Entrepreneurs a headstart. So thanks for the resources in video #3.

I can understand why some people find it hard to find time to watch them, but I’m not sure why they just do not just listen to them if time is a factor? I do that all the time. I actually went back to watch these.

@ David Neale- I understand the feeling. I often run into the problem of partners not fulfilling their end. Many people on the Web suffer from that, starting projects and not seeing them thru to the end. I hope Ryan covers that in his program.

    To your continued online success,

    Kathy Pop

  59. John Fisher Says:

    Dear Ryan,

I am still new at this, and is still learning how to set up a squeeze page with Matt Bacak’s online course.

However, this morning Matt sent me an email saying “you must watch this”

I have now studied these publishing videos, and it is now part of my training.

You have not held back on any advise. You have presented full content, and I am now truly, officially free from the burden of needing to be an expert to get started.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your truthfulness.

    Regards,

    John.

  60. Juan Says:

Ryan, congratulations! You have the gift of teaching and also, you the teach the right things! You came up with a great way to present content, and your content is awesome.

    Looking forward for the product!

  61. erin carney Says:

Thanks for something fresh, not just telling me how to sell to others like me. Alot of free, useable content. Thanks for being different.

  62. Nick Says:

    Ryan:

Watching #3. I’m in the sports biz in training & the internet. I’m 90% you probably caught it already :-). Those sports fans from both cities will “tar and feather” you calling Shaq’s old crew the Chicago Heat. Insert Phoenix Nuggets I mean Phoenix Suns in the update ;-). The former are great for generating attention from rabid fans in the blog world….great piece again!

    Regards,
    Nick

  63. Dr. Mike Says:

Excellent information, Ryan. All 3 of your videos have opened my eyes into the endless possibilities that exist in Information Publishing. Your approach is FRESH, HONEST, INTERESTING and CONTENT RICH!

    Keep on, Keepin’ On…

    Thanks,
    Dr. Mike

  64. Robert Says:

  66. Mc Internet Marketing Mar Says:

The content in these videos was excellent Ryan, thanks.

  67. Joyce Says:

You were definitely talking about me! I have been struggling for 6 months to try to figure out what I am knowledgeable enough about to start this whole process. I was about to give up in despair! Thank you for giving me hope. I desperately want to quit my job and work from home online. This gives me direction. I already know two or three immediate family members I can talk to about this. THANK YOU!

  68. Jason Stanley Marshall Says:

    Hey Ryan,

Thanks for the videos! They are a great
resource. Thank you for taking away the
excuses. I am looking forward to not only
helping others make money with their
passions, but get my business going as well.

    Jason

  69. Joseph Says:

    Are you making any money.

    REPLY FROM RYAN: Yes…lots. :)

And best of all my partners in these businesses were able to quit their jobs and do this stuff full-time.

  70. Tina Says:

    Ryan,

I wanted to say thank you for all of your wonderful information. Out of all the research I have done, your videos are by far hands down the most informative I have watched. My goal is to work for myself and not someone else. I look forward to the last piece of the puzzle in putting it all together. For the first time I feel that working for me is not out of my reach.

    Thanks again
    Tina

  71. Karen Says:

    Ryan,
I am in the 65% of the population that receives information best visually. Your videos are some of the best I have seen, they clearly explain and demonstrate the information, yet are succinct and precise enough to keep my interest.

I’d like to know what program you use to produce the videos, and is this a topic that is covered in the material that you will be teaching in the Continuity Blueprint?

The video format is a great boon to me. I have been an avid reader all of my life, however, now my vision is faltering. The ability to see the points demonstrated on screen and hear the information at the same time makes learning the material much quicker than reading alone.

    Thanks for a great presentation.

    Karen Elizabeth

  72. David king Says:

It’s Miami heat… chicago is the bulls!

I would rather be Kobe personally lol…

    jk.

I would definitely rather be the owner.

but still be able to play in the game.

have the capital of micky and the game of kobe…

    Good video!

    thanks a bunch!

  73. Gary Singer Says:

I just watched all three of your videos and I am no longer curious about the marketing startegies used by the “Gurus” that have been sending me emails. I understand why and hope to use some of the information in my new website.

  74. Shila Says:

    Dear Ryan,

I just wanted to thank you for such spellbinding videos!

I teach Entrepreneurial Psychology in Florence and in Rome, Italy to undergraduate students and used your three videos to inspire my students to take action NOW and start their own business. At first they were sceptical, then they were glued to the screen and yes, you managed to inspire a number of them to really get going (I could tell by their knowing smile as they left the class).

    Grazie from Italy!

    Shila

  75. Fred Holmes Says:

When I think VIDEO, I think YouTube.

While these offerings are probably produced with Camtasia or something similar, and while the INFORMATION provided is what it is intended to be (i.e….Tantalizing), the production values are more in keeping with PowerPoint or some other flash-card production medium.

Videos have motion, color, a sense of immediacy and impact entirely lacking here.

Just an observation for what it’s worth.

  76. kurt Militano Says:

You’re kidding with me, right? I agree with Ed, who published his comment on Sept. 2nd.

This format sucks. Pure and simple. My time is valuable and let me tell you 9 minutes into this video was enough.

This guy drones on and on and on…who cares who your college roommate was?

GET TO THE F-enn POINT! Some of us don’t have 46 minutes to waste on a video commercial that is in “radio” format.

BTW, Frank, you’re audio/visual videos are much better. I can’t take it anymore…. I’m turning this guy off. (I’m probably 12-13 minutes into the audio and I’m ready for a….STRAIGHT JACKET! GET REAL!… wrap it up.

  77. Ben Says:

Chicago Heat, Miami Heat, either way Shaq doesn’t play for either team. He plays for the Phoenix Suns.

Not to worry, we understand what you are saying in these videos. The mistake fit right in with your Forex example of not knowing what it was.
I got a nice chuckle and I’d leave the mistake in.

Folks that take this seriously will benefit from your videos. Keep up the good work!

    Thanks
    Ben

  78. Merilyn Says:

RTIR.com - thanks for that website. Ideas aplenty to help with action. Appreciated.

  79. John Milik Says:

The material is very informative. However it was very difficult for me to listen to the tape. The volume is too low. This tape stopped half way through.

The Continuity video was so low it became inaudible. The video did not give me the option to adjust the volume.

  80. SANDOR OCHOA Says:

The Heats are not the Chicago Heats.
The Heats are the Miami Heats and
Mickey Arison is not the owner.

  81. Potato Says:

Great information. Now all I need to do is figure out enough ways to use equestrian type follow-up products to sell. The sport I am in is very independent and most horse riders think they know all they need to know. However I know better.

  82. Registry Easy Review Says:

    Hi Ryan,

Thanks for the videos. As an active affiliate marketer, I have been thinking of also releasing a product of my own. The publisher video really gave me some great ideas for content creation, as sometimes its difficult to know enough on a topic.

I think getting someone else to write or create your content is a great idea, and I particularly like the idea of expert interviews. I mean, what an easy way to get great content from an expert by just merely asking a few questions!

    Thanks again for the vids.

    -Shaun

  83. Chris Says:

I have a question that came up while watching this.

You stated, in regards to the partners you are
partnered with for the Forex and Health & Fitness
sites, that those guys are the ones that are
writing ALL the content for the site, filming and
uploading all the videos, and pretty much doing
    everything related to the site.

So why are they partnered and sharing their profits with
you? Since they are the ones doing ALL of the work and ALL
of the “publishing”, why are you even in the equation?

    I don’t follow..

  84. Jarod Says:

With this video you clearly show you aren’t a basketball fan. Otherwise you’d know:

    Chicago BULLS
    MIAMI Heat

Just a small thing you may want to keep an eye on, the next time :D

PS. And I’m even from Europe :D

  85. Jarod Says:

    Reply to Chris:

Because those people don’t know how to make money with their intellectual property. Otherwise, they wouldn’t be working with Ryan for sure ;).

    Think about it:

You could be the biggest expert in the world on a certain subject. But what good does it do to you when you want to start an empire around that intellectual property while you don’t know how to really make money on it.

These people usually have no clue about how to:

    - Set-up a business
    - Write an effective salesletter
    - Set-up an effective salesprocess
    - Drive traffic to their website
    - Do all the “boring” legal and accounting stuff involved in doing business.

These people are clueless when it comes to the most important things when it comes to making money. So then someone like Ryan comes, They’ll make more then they ever dreamed of, making. And they are happy to share the profits with him, because he was able to make it happen for them.

It’s logical, really, when you think about it.

  86. Iain Says:

Hi, Unfortunately the video didnt run :-(

  87. mike Says:

very concise…I’m contaplating getting into this. so far your the guy//////

    Thinking:)

  88. Bruce Says:

actually it is the miami heat not the chicago heat and shaquille plays for the phoenix suns now

  89. Trick or Treat Says:

Hi readers posters knowledge seekers one nAll … most folks who come online to make there first million take this route of free online advertising methods like Online Classifieds, Article Submission, Press Release, Link Exchanges, Forum Discussions, Free Website Directories, Blog Comments, free online advertising most likely has its place but from my experience its a time sucker it sucks up all of your time and then some.
So to me the best thing you can learn online sooner than later is time management! then stats analyst reading and understanding by monitor all the visitors to your website in real-time! … then find a mentor like Ryan who is willing to show you the ropes after all why try and reinvent the web wheel of fortune, as a newbie you simply cant make it on your own theres just not enough FREE Time in the online~day doooohhhh

All my best to you and your time spent

This information is great. I never looked at ebusiness in this manner.
Now I need to take a good look at how I can work my products into this type of program.
I hope there is more info like this to come…

    Thanks for the eye-opener.

  92. frank burns Says:

I enjoyed the video and the information you shared. For any product launch it is wise to let others know what the business model is up front, only the serious investor would follow through if they’re using smart techniques in building their prospects. I have architectural plans in the making, but as I have already signed my allegiance to Google, no offers or contracts could persuade me to flinch from loyalty to this energetic company. On the other hand, I have a book which I offered to Glenn at http://www.booksmeancrdeibility.com and as it was turned downed, it still offers significant value perhaps to http://www.RTIR.com as it is a book of poetry which was published between late 1700’s to late 1800’s? From Charlotte Bronte, Wolfe and many other extracts of poems in their time, this physical book could very well be rare in every sense of the word.

A book of this magnitude in the hands of any publisher, could certainly help feed the starving populations that flounder on the borderline of poverty to middle income wage earners across the globe who could well use some form of royalty towards paying off their mortgages in the social down turn effect brought on by our economic climate.

With full respect to your course and the price it may incur, a small reminder to anyone who may read this prolific statement will realize the snowball effect against selling it for a smaller price. Anything we buy as consumers in most instances, leaves an air of discontentment when we buy something on the cheap. The psychology factors do not allow us to readily accept a cheap product as being a worthwhile investment. Did the last statement impact upon your readers, can they dissect the facts from fiction and for the budding skeptics what value would you place on a product that may make you millions against the pennies you make now? Thank You

You gotta know the Information Marketing business inside and out to make
it all work. From lead generation, self-liquidating offers, upsells, big ticket items, and continuity programs like membership sites.

The best course I have ever found that teaches 52 different types of information products as well as 28 different marketing systems to sell those information products is by Janet Switzer at
    http://www.how-experts-build-empires.com

Hope that helps. Learn from Janet and Ryan and you’ll be way ahead of the pack.

    Hi Ryan,

Great content, thanks very much for the great information.

You have mentioned in the publisher video some techniques to find
an author or a guru and introduce to them the continuity model.

May I embed your videos on my site for that purpose ?

    Thanks a lot,
