    Hey Ryan,

I am still shocked at how much awesome content you are sharing in these videos.

You are really giving a LOT away and it is all great stuff!

Can’t wait to see what is next!

  2. Allen Says:

    Ryan,

These videos just keep getting better. Amazing blueprint!

One thing I missed. When do you offer the first (low ticket) upsell? Is it at the time of the Front End purchase or a bit later in the funnel?

    Thanks!

    Allen

  3. Max Grider Says:

Great content, Ryan. However I’m encountering a glitch in the Snowball Effect video. It keeps cutting out at exactly the same spot. You’re talking about ROI and how maybe people in your audience have spouses who work that they’d like to bring home. Then the video cuts out.

I’ve tried playing the video 4 times and it cuts out at the same spot each time (it’s not buffering; it goes back to the zero point in the video each time).

  4. Sophie Benshitta Says:

Ryan, the video stops in the middle… is that just me?

I love your content. I have done your first 30 days to 10K program, and this makes it even more grounded, and more doable. Excellent, thank you very much.

  5. George Says:

Doesn’t seem realistic. Have difficulty making 2 sales a week and have been in business 9 years.

  6. Max Grider Says:

My bad. Fifth try was the charm. Great informative video. You have definitely positioned yourself as an expert and won loyalty by offering fantastic, practical, usable free content B4 making a sale!

People like you who “give” B4 they expect to “receive” always win in the long run. It’s called the Law of Reciprocity.

    Hey Ryan,

I just decided to visit your blog…and guess what I found?

    Another awesome video!

This snowball effect video is packed with SO MUCH incredible content, that I am boiling over with ideas for my business!

These videos keep getting better and better!

I’ve learned more from these past two videos than a majority of the $997 courses I’ve bought over the years.

Thank you so much for having us take an inside peek into your business.

That was awesome, really good stuff that nobody else
would share publicly. This valuable information certainly
is an eye opener for a lot of people.

We are eagerly waiting for the next revelations.
    thanks.

  9. Rick Says:

Good stuff Ryan.. Hmm that intro music sounds so familiar, Brad Fallon help with that?

REPLY FROM RYAN: Dang, you caught me!!

Actually that intro music comes with iMovie, and I didn’t realize that it was the same one that Brad uses until after we had already posted the first video and fully rendered the 2nd. And as much as I love Brad, I don’t love him enough to re-render two videos. :)

  10. Emma Rhoades Says:

Wow, this stuff is absolutely amazing. Ryan, you’ve really outdone yourself this time by sharing so much great stuff. What an eye-opener and I can’t wait for the rest!

    Keep up the great content.

  12. Dave - The Confessions Guy Says:

G’day Ryan from Australia and many thanks for sharing this plan. I must admit I could sleep very well last night as ideas started to go around and around in my head.

Time for a re-think in my business.

    Well done. I appreciate it.

    P.S. Don’t stop… 8)

  13. Chris Brisson Says:

    Wow…

This is a great series! I have a couple of membership sites, but exactly what you said in the movie, I get overwhelmed with having to gather all the content to keep them going.

What’s the easiest way to keep adding content without me having to do it all? Yes, I know outsource, but do you have any tips?

Keep it coming… im actually quite exited for the next video.

  14. James Says:

Thank you Ryan for sharing such as informative video.

    I just love your stuff.

  15. Terry Says:

Well you have done it again! That is impress me to a higher level.
When you give content this powerful in the videos people who actually pay attention have to get more. They want to hear more of what you have to say. I can’t wait until the next video. Your name is posted in several forums as the one of the honest IM talents you have to listen to. I have to say they didn’t lie so keep up the good work.

    Hi,
These videos just keep getting better. Amazing blueprint!

  17. HP van Duuren Says:

Thanks for the great video, it does make a lot of sense.
And for what the Snowballing is concerned I use a
great animated ‘Snowballing’ image (http://hpshappy.blogspot.com)at the ‘Tell-a-Friend’ section of my webpage.

So if you really like to get into the
‘Snowballing Mindset’ it definitely is a
    ‘Must See’ :)

    All the Best,
    Happy Snowballing,

  18. Simon Beck Says:

    Hi Ryan,

Fantastic videos! You make it so clear and concise - I’ve really learned alot.

My niche is Care Homes in the Uk. Have you any advice on how best to make the model work for B 2 B market where there is a limited pool of around 12,500 possible purchasers? 4 sales per day is probably optimistic.

I’m thinking that the SLO price point & continuity could be much higher with commercial buyers. Any suggestions greatly welcomed.

    Best regards,

    Simon

  19. Steve Hards Says:

Hey, Ryan, I’m also having a problem with the video - same symptoms as person above, but just a few minutes in.

  20. godfrey mills Says:

I have enjoyed your videos. You explain how the continuity business model works very well.I have bought into some of these programs and I have stuck with monthly info programs to the tune of many dollars trying to find one that pays me.You make the very valid point that there are many other things we have to do to make any money. So before your buy in to any try to get as much free info as you can about all that is required before you invest too much money and get out before you lose too much. There is more to any of these programs than you know upfront.Do thorough research.Don’t be fooled! There is a lot of work to make a living here as well as there is in making money on a day-job.No business runs itself.Workers run it.There ar no shortcuts. Thanks,Ryan, for the opportunity to learn and to give my comments.

  21. Ken Says:

Both videos are excellent … and they make sense.

It is the effort to keep gathering fresh traffic to arrive at your start point each month, eh? So you need some number to arrive at the starting block to create 4 at the SLO, then it begins to build.

Would not the question be, “What happens if your traffic grows stale?”
I imagine this is where the $2K SLO money goes, and to greatly increase you are suggesting add the $2K Up1 & Up2.

    Makes sense.

  22. Jeff Davis Says:

    Hi Ryan,

I’m really trying to make it so, and your clear diagram, really
brought it all together in my brain, so thanks a lot.

I’m building my continuity program today, and hooking all my sites into it.

It’s a lot of work, but I think it will pay off, big time.

Thanks for all the great free content, Mike Filsaime told me
you are one to watch, and I think he was right….

    Best Wishes,

  23. Kurt Hagemeister Says:

Another great video! Running through numbers that are realistic (and conservative) helps tremendously in understanding how to do this. The stumbling block for most people with this is probably the technical details of how to set everything up. Obviously, there’s a lot of groundwork you need to do to set up the front end(s), develop an upsell, create a big ticket item, setting up the membership site (a biggie) and learning how to use the software - before ever making a cent. Hopefully, the next video will go into some of this.
    Thanks again.

  24. Darrell Says:

Hey Ryan that was fantastic! Thanks for showing us the numbers as it really provide tremendous insight into what to expect! I am getting a lot of insight from the video series and I have my eye on testing a few membership sites myself.

What i’d really like to know is how long does it take to get a membership site up and running? How much content should one expect to have in place before going live? My best guess is that it will depend on he niche and the price-point.

    Share your thoughts.

  25. Ivelin Ivanov Says:

    Hi Ryan,

The videos are great, the model looks great but what really really interest me is the next video because I still have no idea how the hell can you build products people will be willing to pay 27$ on the front end, 27$ each month, 67$ on the 1st upsell and then 227$ on the second upsell without being an expert in any niche. :) Because I’m not an expert in any niche. :(

I know you can outsource it but let’s say my budget to start an online business is 500$. How do you do the magic?:) Well, I guess there’s no magic and I will need at least 2k+ to start. I really, really hope your next video answers my concerns. Thanks again for the great info.

    Best wishes,

    Ivelin

  26. Kyle Says:

    Hey Ryan,

Great videos man–honestly good stuff. I have followed you for a while now and your stuff continues to help my business.

My question for this continuity model is about creating ongoing content and products. This seems the most difficult part of this equation.

If you are selling information in a particular niche (lets say selling an ebook), how do you create a membership around it that delivers the goods month after month?

    Thanks again!

  27. Kitty Smith Says:

I am a year into internet marketing, you have answered the question that stopped me in my tracks for several months. As I begin my second year in internet marketing, I know now how to choose a product, how and why to upsell, and most importantly *gaining continuity*.

I have my own cocktail napkin with the business model in front of my so I can refer to it when my next grand product idea hits.
    THANK YOU!

    Best wishes,
    Kitty

  28. Nick F. Sanders Says:

    Hey Ryan

I really like the way that you explain the process. I can hear your experience flow from your words and your message is crystal clear.

I have to admit that I did not watch even 10 minutes of “The Legend of the “Million Dollar Napkin”” because I thought it was another one of those videos that tell you nothing and that were totally ego driven. I really didn’t expect any more videos after video #1.

When I started watching “The Continuity Snowball Effect (Running the Numbers)” I literally could not peal myself from my seat.

This video is a very informative and a firsthand enlightening view of how Continuity can effect your business for growth. Not to mention a few great reinvestment tips that everyone online that runs an online business should be doing.

Look forward to the next video.

    Nick

  29. Jon Keel Says:

    Ryan:

Great content in the two videos; looking forward to your sharing more info at the InfoSummit.

  30. Welly Mulia Says:

    Ryan,

Thanks for your openness in sharing your business model in these 2 videos. They were great content. Although I kind of already knew the big picture of what you explained in these videos, I still get to learn something valuable.

So, once again, thanks for sharing. Looking forward to the next video!

    Cheers.
    Welly Mulia

  31. Mc Internet Marketing Mar Says:

That was an extremely well documented explanation of how to up/down sell.

    Thanks!

  32. James Says:

Ah…the old Jeff Walker Product Launch Formula at work.

Is this leading up to a re-offering of “30 Days to 10k” or is this going to be a completely new continuity course?

  33. Craig Says:

Wow. I really liked these two videos. I have heard how powerful continuity can be and the goal to drive customers to your continuity program, but to see it mapped out like that is really helpful and encouraging. Thanks Ryan, I really like the stuff you put out, free and paid, I seem to always gain a lot from it. Can’t wait for more!

  34. Roscoe Says:

Running the numbers on business models is always intoxicating but it amounts to little more than daydreaming. It rarely translates to reality. This presentation is way too hypothetical, let’s have the case study that supports it. Some of the other comments hit the mark. This process is anything but simple. Even if you believe the numbers (4 measly sales a day!) there are tons of technical and money hurdles for the product creation, traffic, etc. and that will take a lot more than another video can address.

Hey, why don’t I just make it easy on myself and sell a $1,000 product? That way I only need 1 sale every 3 days!!! Wow neat idea, I think I got something here!! Excuse me, I gotta go and make a video!!.

  35. frank Says:

    Hi Ryan,

thanks for the very inspiring videos.

You give away great infos in order
make the backend sale of course.

And that absoultely the way to do it.

A satisfied customer is as happy as you yourself
and will stay happily for a long time.

lots of success to all of you

  36. James Says:

These look like the same examples from 30 Days to 10k and Membership Site Superstars. Will this program contain new information/tactics?

  37. juan Says:

    Excelent!
    Thanks Ryan!

I can tell you dont make much money.

  39. Ivelin Ivanov Says:

    Hey Ryan,

I made a cool excell calculator + a nice flowchart illustrating your model and calculating all of the math you did in the second video easily.
You can also play with the numbers and see various scenarios.. I sent them to you at: support@drivingtraffic.com I hope you received them. Check them out they’re cool and if you decide you can post them here for everyone to see them.

    Thanks!;)

  40. nashwan Says:

hi and thanks i want tell you this month in islamic world is holey month ramthan .this month need many things first things no eating or drinking in the day to evening.
in fact this month godd month need big money
    thanks

  41. Ivelin Ivanov Says:

    Hey everybody,

I decided to share you the calculator I was talking about here. Tell me if you like or not and if it has any errors(I found 1 fixed it). Thanks, here it is, I just uploaded it:

Download Continuity Flowchart and Calculator.zip from Uploading.com

It’s also set to show you an example how you can reach $6,675 a month in 5 months with only 2 sales a day of a $17 product, a $9.95 continuity program and 1 upsell product of $27. Play with it, look at the numbers change them as you find them *realistic* for you. I think the math is correct but feel free to look for errors.. I don’t guarantee there aren’t any..

Have fun I hope you like it and if you have any questions my e-mail is in there..

  42. James Freeman Says:

    Ryan,

Thanks for the good info, opened my eyes to a lot of good products for myself. I did see the third video and it’s coming together for me in understanding the ground work. Being a newbie, it helped a lot.

    James

  43. Roscoe Says:

    David-

Alas, I could have guessed there would be a desperate soul, who, having never laid eyes on me, would cast aspersions on my earning power. With but a tap on your keyboard, I am prounced poor. You are, I gather, undiplomatically suggesting I should have accepted the videos at face value? Well, that’s not exactly my style but I am willing to listen to where I went astray.

Correct me, anyone please. Which part of my last message did I get wrong?

    “… rarely translates to reality”

“… process is anything but simple”

“… tons of technical and money hurdles”

    “… way too hypothetical”

Perhaps all of the above are flawed?

Thanks in advance for your input. I am always willing to learn. (no need to announce that I don’t make much money, its been done already)

    Roscoe

REPLY FROM RYAN: Ok, guys, I’ve both let you throw in your two cents, but I’m not about to let my blog turn into a pi$$ing contest. And since I’m still the captain of this here ship, I think I’ll have the final word… :)

DAVID: Thanks for your enthusiasm and for having my back. Still, there’s no need for name-calling.

ROSCOE: I’m sure you’re not poor and I’m equally sure that others share your skepticism. That’s why I’m more than willing to address your points:

    “… rarely translates to reality”

I’ve successfully translated it into reality nearly a dozen times and give real-world examples that you can see with your own eyes in Video #3. And while I’m definitely not alone, high-achievers are (almost by definition) in the minority in this world.

The fact is, most people haven’t been willing to put forth the effort to figure this stuff out, and (sadly) even if some people were handed the complete system they still wouldn’t execute it due to their own personal limitations (i.e. laziness and incorrect mindset just to name a couple).

In the end, some of us are fat not because diet and exercise doesn’t work. It’s because we aren’t willing to do what needs to be done to make it work for us.

    WARNING: IMPENDING SHAMELESS PLUG!!!
In my “Continuity Blueprint” program I’m 1) giving you my complete system and 2) giving you access to me so that, if needed, I can kick you in the butt and make sure you do what you need to do to succeed.

“… process is anything but simple”

The process is as simple as you want to make it. My first membership site wasn’t even password protected because I didn’t know how to do any of that technical stuff. But you know what? It didn’t stop me from selling it (and amazingly, almost no one noticed).

In my experience, most people get hung up in technology rather than going with “good enough” and making it perfect after everything is up and running.

“… tons of technical and money hurdles”

See above for the technical stuff. As for the money issue, almost all my membership sites utilize Wordpress blogs (free), Amember to manage subscriptions (~$150) and 1ShoppingCart.com ($97/mo) to manage billing.

The last two components are optional, but if you really want to “go nuts” you’d be hard-pressed to spend more than $500.

As for traffic, I mostly utilize self-liquidating offers, so my effective cost is $0. See:
    http://www.wholesaletrafficsystem.com/slo/

…for more info on self-liquidating offers.

    “… way too hypothetical”

I said at the opening of the video that the numbers were hypothetical (so guilty as charged), but it’s based on numbers from my own businesses. If it makes you feel better cut my numbers in half. It’s still better than a sharp stick in the eye. :)

(Although I can assure you I purposely kept the numbers small to keep things believable. 4 sales a day is small if you’re willing to break even on all of them as I suggested in the video.)

Ok, hopefully that clears things up, but if you still have objections let me hear ‘em!

    -Ryan

  44. Mike Says:

    Ryan,

Very impressed with how you handled the David and Roscoe posts.

My question is, have you every used a info product on the SLO and upsells and put them into a consumable product as the continuity program?

    Thanks,

    Mike

PS I have an entire line of nutritional, skin and hair care products you may want to offer to your health membership site which could be done under private label.

    REPLY FROM RYAN: Thanks, Mike!

To answer you question, I personally haven’t just because I tend to avoid consumables and stick to information. That’s not to say there’s anything wrong with consumables…I’ve just always done information so that’s probably where my comfort zone is.

That said, I know some people who have done exactly what you’re suggestion. Believe it or not, it’s easier to front-end a physical product (like consumables) and backend information, but your idea is still highly viable.

In fact, I have a friend who’s one of the biggest names in the alternative health field and he’s doing just what you’re suggestion and it’s working like gangbusters!

    -Ryan

  45. Roscoe Says:

    Captain Ryan:

I, too, am impressed at how you handled the Roscoe-David posts. Clearly a skeptic’s remarks like mine afforded you a perfect opportunity to add to your message, thereby improving your blog. Glad to be of service (shameless pat on my own back)!

My comments aren’t all negative: your response contained some informative tidbits about your system which I’ll bet everyone found useful. Seems it took a “pi$$ing contest” to elicit that kind of info. Should I start another one?

REPLY FROM RYAN: I definitely invite all feedback both positive and negative…skeptical and “already drank the Kool-Aid” for the exact reasons you mentioned.

In fact, I even talked about using blogs to counter objections during the launch process in my most recent video report “The Perpetual Launch Model” inside my Total Access Club:

    http://totalaccessclub.com/access/perpetual-launch-model/
(holy crap, another totally shameless plug) :)

So yes, if there are still questions or concerns, please feel free to post ‘em. As for the “pi$$ing contest” issue, note that I never said your comments had turned into that. I simply saw the direction it was headed (which is what happens on so many forums) which is why I stepped in.

  46. Kevin Says:

    Ryan

Just wondering if you ever direct prospects straight to the membership site/continuity program without using the self liquidating offers?

If you do what are the conversion percentages and what source of traffic works best?

    Very good material.

  48. Kenny Says:

    Hi Ryan,
    Outstanding video.
Your description of how you run the numbers makes such sense.
I love your training, and I want to say that your training is outstanding.
Best of luck with this product.
    Kenny

  49. B Zagata Says:

As a creative right brainer thinker I really appreciate you running the numbers! Even if they only pan out at 50% not bad for a business model that practically runs on cruise control.
In a very pricey workhop I learned this model years ago but this is the key today for the 21st century model: Work..get paid, get paid, get paid vs. the old work/get paid, work/get paid model.
Truly, the only thing stopping anyone from implementing their own details to your formula is their mindset. Anyone who can expand/alter that now has the formula to passive income. Give up the Industrial Age mentality and you have Financial Freedom in the Conceptual Age! Thanks for sharing!

  50. Terrance Charles Says:

Ryan, what your sharing here is GOLD. You know it all boils down to math. Low ticket freebie or paid, email capture / big ticket item, email follow up and relationship building, traffic, making it viral and it funnels all over again, if you can tie those together, you’ll definitely make money.

  51. Mr.Jeffrey Kionke Says:

This is a great and positivly charged process, but I would like to gain 5% of these sale from your continuity by offering the customer a 3% kick back by letting those who do have a continium to also select those that create a mailing list of their own, offering the same plug as you have to your mailing list..please advise me and let me know personally What YOU think of this CONTINUITY PLAN.
Thank you for your video and I hope to view more ,as well if my idea can come in to play with yours than WE both make more residual income YES???

  52. Jason Witt Says:

Thanks for the free information. It is giving me confidence to really do this! God bless.

  53. paulie Says:

awesome awesome stuff but i was a bit dissapointed you didn’t go into some stuff you mentioned you would at the beginning, like showing what some of those continuity programs look like on, I believe you said healthcare and fitness sites. as a beginner, its tough to imagine what you mean my memership. so any examples?

  54. Patrick Judge Says:

Ryan, Best bit of information I have seen in a long time, you actually show people how to make it in their business and show them real live examples of how and where to get information and products, thats generous of you as not many people would bother to do something like that.

    Its a credit to you,

The information is hot stuff !!!!

    thanks very much for sharing

    Best wishes

  55. jeffrey devers Says:

hi ryan… sounds great, however i have a question about the traffic needed to get 4 sales a day.

at a closing percentage of 1% that means i would need 400 opt-ins a day.

and, to get 400 opt-ins a day, at an opt-in rate of 30%, i would need about 1,200 visitors a day or 30,000 unique visitors a month.

isn’t that a heck of a lot of traffic needed to make this work? 30,000 unique visitors a month???

    whatcha think??

  56. Debbie Coates Says:

Thank YOU Ryan again, as I posted after watching all 3 videos:

Thank YOU Ryan for all of your hard work and generosity! The videos were eye-opening and made me realize how much I don’t know and who will teach me what I need to know next - YOU….

There were so many AH - HA moments watching and listening to you explain in such detail what the business model should look like. Unable to tear myself away from your 3 videos and wrote so many notes my fingers hurt. So many ideas popped into my head as you were speaking that surely I will be tossing and turning all night, digesting what you so freely gave to us.

Thanks to Keith Wellman for sending me the email to go watch your “4 measly little sales……”

For sharing all of this priceless material, I for one, can not wait to learn the exact details of how to put the technical pieces together.

Top notch advice from the trenches! Thank YOU again, Ryan

    Sincerely,
    Debbie Coates, Albuquerque, New Mexico

  57. paul Says:

Ryan, thank you for the videos, I am in a competitive market the same as most, although I do not promote how to earn money on line type/hype programs, I do sell informational products, and have been trying to find a way to make all the pieces of the jigsaw fit. I have no problem making four sales a day, I believe quality products have a longer shelf life, and know from experience, people will pay for quality. Although I have been in offline sales for many years, I have never bought any how to earn money on line products, it is a minefield out there, I have built my own list of customers, not a big list, but a very receptive one. This time I am going to break the rule, and sign up for your program, I believe you have bought value to the table and not hype. Selling one product or many products is okay, but I am wise enough that if I started to apply your methods using the continuity process, my long term bottom line would increase.

    Once again many thanks

    Paul

  58. Pete OSullivan Says:

    Ryan,

I thought the first video was fantastic, but this one has sent my mind running in every direction possible.

I love the idea of ‘Multiple FEs’ pushing people down the same continuity product,… phenominal, absolutely phenominal!

GREAT Stuff… Does anyone know which call centers that he uses? I’m looking for a good call center. It could even be over sea.

  60. Toni Shrader Says:

Well, the more this goes on the better it gets! Your information is the real thing…keep it up!

  61. Rainer Says:

I have been leaning more and more toward some sort of monthly continuity site and your first 2 videos have convinced that I need to do just that.

I am looking forward with bated breath for the 3rd video.

P.S. Loved your interview with Marlon.

    Regards,
    Rainer

  62. Mary Says:

    Hi Ryan,
You fed me real good there in the 3 videos.
I know this stuff works because I had a business in the real world for years, used exactly the same type of tactics & it sure works!
The big Ticket Direct sales Coys do a similar type of thing to a degree now.
But, yes, I am surprised at the Gurus who don’t know about this!
One guru who does use this very well, I am visiting on the W/E knows this & charges $97 a month membership & releases only 1,000 or so of his own designed software every few months or so!
Work it out!!! $97 x 1,000 a month & growing as he adds other products to a different clientele, a couple of times a year!
The numbers you quote are about the same, colour does affect, same as position of certain info on page etc.
    This is good stuff.
    Thankyou.
    Mary from Australia

  63. gdsilver Says:

    Hi Ryan

I am right now watching your presentation. Great stuff but the napkin
writing is driving me crazy! I am a perfectionist when it comes to
organization and clear writing. It’s sooo messy - sorry Ryan, but you
should check out this comment with other readers. I want you to improve
this concept by cleaning up the scribble - pleeease! I just can’t stand
reading this - my kids write much better than this. I encourage you to
vastly improve the presentation. How about a clear PowerPoint Presentation? I realize it’s a Napkin Presentation but it needs clarity and neatness. C’mon Ryan, try my suggestion and you’ll gain favor amongst readers and listeners. No kiddin’ When you do - I’ll consider
    your offers .

I’m not just being picky, soooooooooo let me hear back from you OK!

  64. Widodo Says:

    Hey Ryan,

Thanks for the informative video. I am a newbie, really enjoy it, and think that it is very informative. It reminds me to the saying ‘Spend and God will send.’

So, I guess, it is true. Be prepared to share your fortune with others. You will never know who will share a fortune with you.

    All the best.

  65. Sandra Says:

Hi - loved the first one.
Downloaded the 2nd one to watch BUT kept stopping and closing at 13 mins 21 secs…so have not been able to finish it (frustrated)

Any one else had issues watching it the whole way through????

    thanks
    Sandra

  66. Emily Stephens Says:

Got this website sent to me from a client, watch the first two videos, and am about to watch the third but my question is… if you are selling a product like my husbands product, there is no window for continuity. He sells art, who is going to pay me a monthly fee when what I am selling is fine art? We have had a good business for 25 years now but we are not making great money, just doing okay. This year marks a change in what we do to make money, as in the past, we did shows to stimulate interest thus sales. We no longer do sales, but rather galleries and web. Reason? because we are getting older, gas and expenses have gone out the roof and shows have flooded the market, thus profits were 80% down the past two years. Makes more sense to stay home and work the web, and ship to galleries. I need to know how to grow this business without the continuity factor or tell me what someone would pay for on a monthly basis from an artist.

  67. Phil Pfeifer Says:

I wasn’t able to view the first two videos all the way through. They kept stopping part way through. I tried downloading them but the same thing kept happening. I was very interested in what you had to say but I never got to see all of it. Is there a problem with the website today?

  68. Jon Hook Says:

This is great stuff. I just never wrote it down and thought about it like that before. I have a $37 product that sells about 2 per day - and makes a bit of money just on the product. Now I am looking to add the continuity and larger backends. This info really hits home with me and is very encouraging.

  69. Joel Smith - Retired Boomer in Mexico Says:

    Hi Ryan,
I am an American and I live in near Guadalajara, Mexico next to Lake Chapala. I totally relate to some of your comments that you have on the videos.

    #1 The Napkin – K.I.S.S
If it isn’t simple to layout, you don’t have a business.

#2 The Self Liquidating Offers offset upfront expenses

#3 Continuous Up sells through you sales funnel.

    Nice Work Ryan!
It gave me nice realistic picture without any kind of hype or marketing gimick.
    Keep up the good work.

  71. Ivan Says:

This is great stuff man, I cant wait to start trying out some of your techniques. Are you going to be offering online courses or something similar soon ?

  72. Christine Says:

I REALLY enjoyed the first two videos… it’s really the first time I’ve seen how the numbers “could” work and seen a business plan on paper and it makes perfect sense.

If I could do a very small percent of those getting started, I would be very happy. I think the big question for me is learning more about the PPC and other ways to get traffic so you can get those 4 sales a day… or for me, I’d be happy with 4 per week right now. :)

    Excellent info, Ryan.

I did sign up to see the 3rd video but did not receive the link.
    Where can I find that?

  73. Mike Says:

Hi, i’ll never look at a napkin the same way again.
Ryan, awseome content, thanks, made me realise I am on the right frequency and now can move forwards much much more confidently, See you at the top
    Mike

  75. CJ Boston Says:

Thanks for the videos. I’m looking forward to getting the full monty!

  76. John Gordon - The Infotainer Says:

Ryan, this is sensational. A really excellent, simple explanation of a solid blueprint hat clearly works on whatever level users wish.

Whether the napkin is the whole truth or not, who cares. There’s another valuable LESSON there for everyone smart enough to see it …. telling stories and following through with relevance, simplicy, value …. this has it all.

It’s also the first honest admission about the fall-off rate of memberships …. and you showed it still works.

    Once again … awesome!

  77. Susan Says:

I am a psychic/medium and an author, NOT a marketer or promoter. When I got the email about this video, I had almost given up on being successful via the internet. This video opened my eyes and showed me a very important piece of what was missing. I didn’t have a clue that I needed a continuity snowball to make my life easier! For 24 hours I have been brain storming!

I have my Free event opt in, my auto responder, some letters written, and have created a few of my own products an e-book and the physical book LOST PALLIES to sell. What I didn’t know was how to put them all together to create a whole. Now, I can focus on my missing pieces. Finally! A clear understanding of how to create never ending abundance!

I love the napkin presentation, it was very easy for a non marketing newbie like me to understand.

    Hi
As a great grand Mother my computing skills are somewhat limited, I am the genuine ‘Newbie”. I am trying to learn about internet marketing to put me in a position to help myself and my family out of our money worries. Your videos are excellent, I can understand most of what you are saying and look forward to any more info you put out there. Thank you for what you are doing. Sylvia.

  80. Sylvia Smith Says:

    Hi again
Just reading through the comments and saw the one from gdsilver who, incidentally didn’t sign his name. Get a life mate, as a teacher of 40 years I’ve seen a lot of kids and parents and I reckon you drive your kids nuts, it’s the great info most of us are taking in and we couldn’t care less about the writing, a lot of the gurus with their fancy power point presentations don’t give out half the info you’re getting here and they charge a bundle. Sooooooooo open your mind to gaining knowledge instead of looking for something or someone to pick on. Laugh at little flaws in others and everyone, including your family will have a bit more fun. Granny Smith.

  81. allen Says:

Thanks Ryan the videos were great but I’m sure they are out of my leage right now. good luck in everything

  82. Cary Says:

Ryan - you rock! There is hope for our world - as we each become empowered to act, create income and share great information on the internet global highway a new paradigm is born - thank you for sharing the MATH!!! It really helps - I’m not great at math - but it helps me realize my vision can come true!!! Now just DO IT!

  83. Laura Sopp Says:

    Ryan,
I watched all three videos and took notes. You shared a lot of valuable information. I enjoyed all of them, but got the most out of the third one. thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.

  84. Efwa Says:

Finally some enlightenment on this topic. I have been looking for membershipsite-marketing-info for a year now…. so thanks!

I wish you could release a mini-version of your blueprint, due to the for me high price. any chances for that?

I am e specially looking for what content to put where, when, forums when.. etc… as I am setting up a memebershipssite and have the content myself. Keep up the good work everyone!

  85. Nick Says:

    Ryan:

Brilliant concepts! You are one of the first I’ve seen take it the next level keeping it quantifiable and cool (the napkin) approach! I disagree with conventional thinker that wants you to place it in powerpoint. I know that’s later for the conventional thinkers. You basically established in the computerworld a use case and a schematic framework that can revoltutionize new media for advertising and marketing. If it was said that way, most folks would go to sleep and the conventional thinkers would try to start throwing stones. Personally, as ex-computer scientist it’s an epiphany for me. I’ll start testing it on all of my products and I’ll be recommending to my wife that she review the info and apply it to her Advertising business that needs a shot in the arm to get away from traditional “red ocean” marketing strategies. She’s been searching for an answers for a decade to stop chasing $$$. You brought a smooth science to the art world. Like Macs. Hmmm..Any chance you selling the framework to the industry? Love to help…

  86. Jacqueline Says:

I love your videos…They really have the wheels turning in my head as I am looking for ways to expand my 7 Gifts work and this just may be the ticket :)
    Thanks,
    Jacqueline

  87. Richard Says:

Great basic what to do information. Maybe a little difficult for someone who doesn’t have any business knowledge and can’t follow it through. Sure is a great way to lead into your sales of the how-to
information. Nice to see someone give valuable info and then let them decide if the lessons learned can be of benefit to them when they learn the rest of the story.

  88. Susan Says:

I have a question. I re-played all the videos and I am still unclear on the continuity funnel? Do I create different continuity funnels for each napkin? Like:
Psychic Development = Continuity funnel of monthly lessons
Mediumship napkin = a service which can add up to a larger service.
Or, do I dump everyone into the same continuity program? Something that will work for my niche overall? Also, do I continue to add up sells or make those into more napkins?

How can I use this for my holistic/psychic services? Any one with any ideas? Ryan?

  93. Bruce McComb Says:

Hi, I think this is a fantastic way of setting up a membership type of arrangement. It probably has to be adapted to each type of product as to how and what you can offer a prospective client to become a member, but its all true. The most money you make is from the customer who comes back for a re-purchase.

  94. Leslie Zengler Says:

These videos rock! They put this whole concept into detail and they allow your creative juices to flow. If your soon to be announced product is as good as the material in these 3 videos, it will be priceless. Good luck and way to go!

  95. Troy Holder Says:

WOW!I’m gone be blunt your 3 videos are easily worth thousands of dollars, point blank. I have been trying at the online business for a few years & each time I got really frustrated I just stop and apply the strategies to my offline business. Ryan, I have spent thousands of dollars, on all kinds of information products, from many of the ‘gurus’,
yet few match the gift of financial freedom you have provided.

I have just expanded my (Master Gurus) from 4 to 5 just so I can add you. My Master Gurus are those ‘experts’ that over deliver solutions that really works. I’m tired of information, I only seek real solutions.

Just so you my other 4 Master Gurus are #1 Dan Kennedy, #2 Yanik Silver, #3 Fred Gleeck and # 4 Bill Glazer.

Thanks again, Your solutions are the glue I have been searching for to make the solutions from the other Master Gurus STICK Together.

Thanks Ryan. I currently own a business where I consult with Preachers. It did not take off as fast as I anticipated. Turns out, my marketing plan was wrong and I have not lead them to continuity fast enough.

    Hi,

Great videos. Really enjoying them. Just a shame that this last one cuts out at 26 mins 41 sec with 7 minutes still to play. I couldn’t get to watch how the numbers finished off! But I get the point and enjoyed the video.

    Thanks.

  104. dave des monie Says:

ryan unless it is part of your marketing ploy you need to fix your videos from cutting off. They may be very good but I can not evaluate anything that I can not completly watch thanks

  105. James A Nichols Says:

Great video man, you are very good at building the numbers to get your point across about what is possible with selling so many products per month and how it snaowballs.

    Nice presentation,

I don’t understand why everyone else is seeing a whole video. 2 days in a row, i have tried to watch it, and it always conks out at “a wopping” and i think $44 comes next

  108. Teresa Says:

    Hi Ryan

I have visited numerous blogs and I see a lot of people who are becoming suspicious of IMers because they feel they are being scammed. So my question to you to this: don’t you think that selling the exact same product to someone over and over each time at a higher price is one of the reasons people feel scammed? Your video says just repackage the same old stuff from the front end into your Upsale #1. Why would people continue to buy from you if they don’t get any additional value at the higher price. While you may be laughing at the “suckers” all the way to the bank, don’t you feel that this is unethical and how long do you think it will take before your sales stop because people are beginning to figure out these scam marketing tactics? For instance, are you honest with people and tell them that they are purchasing the exact same thing just in a different form (ie, audio, CD, DVD etc.) Don’t you think it makes it harder for honest people to sell when people are dishonest and give all marketers a bad name or do you just not care? Have you seen Sylvia Fortin’s report “Internet Marketing Sins”? I recommend you get a copy.

  109. Teresa Says:

Everyone says your list or membership subscibers are your most valuable asset because people are more apt to buy from someone they trust or have already bought from, so therefore, I am curious as to how you keep your list subscribers and more importantly, how to you get around everyone wanting a refund when they find they just bought the exact same thing in Upsale #1 as they got on the front end for less money and why would they buy Upsale #2 if they suspect it is the same old thing just repackaged yet again? I am a newbie and I am finding that this is the one thing no one talks about, and I am getting really frustrated because I am one of the people who feels scammed and I really don’t want to pass that frustration on to others that may opt in to my list. I want people to know I have integrity not just a huge bank account so they will be loyal and continue to buy from me.

  110. Harry McKay Says:

You gotta know the Information Marketing business inside and out to make
it all work. From lead generation, self-liquidating offers, upsells, big ticket items, and continuity programs like membership sites.

The best course I have ever found that teaches 52 different types of information products as well as 28 different marketing systems to sell those information products is by Janet Switzer at
    http://www.how-experts-build-empires.com

Hope that helps. Learn from Janet and Ryan and you’ll be way ahead of the pack.

  111. Coach Rau Says:

    Ryan,

I like the model you present, but I’m on my 8 month now with my own membership site and have to admit that there is a ton of work to be done behind the scenes.

I hope people don’t get the impression this is a walk in the park. It’s a lot of hard work but I truly believe there are big rewards if things are done right.

One quick question. What do think of Membergate membership site software? This is what my instructional baseball site http://www.PlayBallAcademy.com is built with.

I wish I had $2000 available to purchase your course now.

  112. Tate Says:

    Ryan,

Nice concepts you are explaining, but I can’t help but think about some major concerns I have:
    1) 4 sales per day??, is that really realistic, considering conversion rates and adspend.
    2) You make it sound like the products to sell are easily available, isn’t making your products another course required altogether? Sounds like a LOT of effort. Is it really that easy?

Hope u have time to answer.

    Best.
    Tate.

  113. Bevan Says:

Very true. This is what many have made money through this system.

  114. WIll Says:

I’ve created a membership site for video guitar lessons at http://onlineguitarcoaching.com based on wordpress. It has affiliate marketing, email marketing, membership levels and forums built in. I have approached experts to create and run membership sites, some are very interested, others are way too busy consulting/teaching and are harder to get going. Some don’t want to partner because they want full control. Many people, after taking these types of courses want to do it but realize they can’t handle or don’t want to setup and run these sites. So hopefully they can see the value in partnering with us so they can just focus on the content and interacting with members.

PS teachingsells.com does a similar thing to this continuity idea.
